Arbor’s Boston office has an immediate need for an Analyst in the FHA / HUD financing group. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting the underwriter(s) in analyzing, processing and packaging multifamily and healthcare facility loans under the applicable FHA loan programs.
The Analyst will participate in the initial analysis of FHA loan opportunities for issuance of applications. The Analyst will also be responsible for collecting and review of loan application documents including financial/credit exhibits. The candidate will also be responsible for the ordering and performing the preliminary review of all third party reports for compliance with HUD guidelines.
Candidate should have experience with multifamily projects and healthcare facilities. A Bachelors degree in finance or a related discipline is required. Candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required. Some travel may be required.
