Arbor is a HUD-approved lender administering HUD’s FHA mortgage insurance process
while providing long-term, non-recourse financing. As an approved FHA Multifamily
Accelerated Processing ("MAP") lender, Arbor provides access to the flexibility
of the FHA loan programs on an expedited basis.
FHA 221(d) provides mortgage insurance for new construction or
substantial rehabilitation of rental or cooperative multifamily housing. Construction
and permanent financing is available with loan to cost up to 90% (100% for non-profits) for a term of
40 years.
